How much time do I have to plan for the parking process?

Picking up your vehicle and the transfer to the airport only take a few minutes. Hamburg Airport generally recommends its passengers to be at the airport around two to two and a half hours before departure. We kindly ask you to plan an additional buffer time of about 45 minutes for our valet service.

May I cancel my reservation?

We all know what it’s like. Flight dates change, holiday or travel plans have to be postponed. In this case, you naturally have the option of canceling your booking. In any case, please inform us of any changes to your travel dates in good time! If you withdraw at least 24 hours before the handover, there are no cancellation costs. If the cancellation takes place within less than 24 hours, we allow ourselves a cancellation fee i. hv 50% of the agreed price to be charged.

What are the payment options?

Payment is made when the vehicle is returned, either in cash or by credit or debit card.

Does the shuttle service cost extra?

No, the shuttle transfer to Hamburg Airport is included in your parking space price. This also covers the return transfer to your vehicle. There are no hidden additional costs.
